You can return your SNGS Products within 10 days of delivery. However, please note that the replacement/refund will only be processed once we receive your return order at our warehouse. After all checks, it will take 3-4 business days for the refund to reflect in your original payment method. Easy Returns
We ensure that the products ordered reach you in proper condition and we take stringent checks to ensure that. However, there is a remote possibility that while processing the orders, minor errors might occur and there may be a slight possibility of the following;
- The product may be damaged during transit
- An incorrect item has been shipped to you
- There is a manufacturing defect in the product.

In case you receive an incorrect item (different than what was been shown on the website) or the article has been damaged in transit, please contact us by email, or WhatsApp within 48 hours of receipt of the product and email the packaging and product photos to verify the credentials on the below email id. We will give you a solution within 2 working days.
For return eligibility, the following checks must be followed:
- An Unboxing Video is required to claim a refund in case of damaged / wrong articles.
- Merchandise must be returned to us within 10 days of receiving your package.
- Merchandise must be unworn and unopened.
- All watch returns must include the original box in its original condition.
- If your order included free gifts, they must be returned as well. If the free items are not returned, the refund will be reduced by the online selling price of the free items.
- Freebie products or discounts are non-returnable, non-refundable & non-replaceable.
- We do not accept exchanges at this time.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless being returned due to damages or malfunction.
- In some areas, where our logistic partner does not offer pickup service, the customer has to self-ship the product to our warehouse at their own cost.
- Returns received by us beyond 10 days from the date of purchase or that do not meet the above quality standards cannot be accepted and will be returned to the sender. The sender will be responsible for the return shipping.
Note:
In case of unsatisfactory product quality, the customer can have the product refunded. However, the customer will have to self-ship the product and all the shipping costs will be borne by the customer. The only product cost will be entitled to refund i.e. shipping charges are non-refundable.
In the case of a COD (Cash on Delivery) order, COD handling charges are non-refundable.
To facilitate the return shipment process, we kindly request you consider recording a video while carefully packing the item and handing it over to the courier boy. Send the video to our WhatsApp number. Your cooperation in this matter would be sincerely appreciated.
We offer a pickup within 24-48 hours for return requests if your area pin-code is serviceable. In areas where our logistic partner doesn’t offer pickup service, you may need to self-ship the product to our warehouse at your own cost.
If the pickup for your return request exceeds the designated 48-hour timeframe, please reach out to us for a re-initiation. We will reassign the pickup thrice, and if unsuccessful, you’ll need to self-ship the product. All shipping costs will be borne by you, and only the product cost will be eligible for refund or replacement; shipping charges are non-refundable.
Gift Cards
Gift Cards purchased at https://shrinathjigroups.com/ are not eligible for return, refund, or transfer and they cannot be purchased via COD.
Refunds
In the event of any order being returned due to reasons such as being undelivered or a return or replacement request, once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. For prepaid orders, the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3–7 business days.
