Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
Once your order is processed, it is handed over to our logistics partners for shipment.

We currently ship across India.
At present, we do not offer international shipping unless explicitly mentioned on the product page.
3. Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery time depends on your location and courier service availability:
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days
- Non-metro / rural areas: 5–9 business days
Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, courier delays, strikes, or regional restrictions.
4. Shipping Charges

Our delivery partners will attempt delivery at least 2–3 times.
If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the order, the shipment may be returned to us.

SNGS shall not be held liable for delays caused by courier companies, natural calamities, government restrictions, or force majeure events.
9. Damaged or Missing Packages
If you receive a product that is damaged, tampered with, or missing, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with proper evidence (photos/videos).
We will investigate and resolve the issue as per our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.
SNGS is not responsible for non-delivery or delays caused due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
